Konami's popular stealth action game series "Metal Gear" has sold over 60 million copies worldwide, and now Kotobukiya's outstanding 1/100-scale model kit of the nuclear-equipped bipedal tank Metal Gear REX from "Metal Gear Solid" is back! This highly detailed kit was produced with the supervision of Yoji Shinkawa, the designer of this mech! A painting guide is included for the model's camouflage pattern, which is based on that of the full-scratch-build model produced by Mr. Shinkawa for the game's development, and it comes with unpainted in-scale figures of Solid Snake, two figures of Cyborg Ninja, and Liquid Snake. The base is made to resemble the hangar as seen in the game, too. The mech is fully articulated for posability after assembly, too!
