This figure features the cat version of ayamy's VTuber character.

 It is made by HAPPYEAH, an up-and-coming Chinese company that produces and develops bishojo figures.

 The cushion has been coated with paint that gives it a smooth surface, and magnets are used for the figure and cat, allowing them to be detached.
